BIZ GLIDE WEB SOLUTIONS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE USE OF POLICIES AND TERMS ANYTIME AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO KEEP YOURSELF UPDATED OF WEB HOSTING TERMS & CONDITIONS.
2.2 If we change our Web Hosting Terms & Conditions and you continued using our hosting post changes, this will mean that you agreed to the changes. We are serving a huge community of clients and it has always been our first priority to take care about the security of each and every client as much as possible.
2.3 PASSWORD TO ACCESS THE HOSTING WILL NOT BE SHARED FOR SECURITY PURPOSE OF THE WEBSITE. We want to save your Website from harmful malwares/viruses because of which we will not allow you to access the hosting without our permission. Biz Glide Web Solution will need a note in written that “if my website got infected with viruses or malfunctionality, I’m the sole responsible for the cause.”
3. Website Re-Designing
3.1 In case of website re-designing, if payment of 50% advance is not paid on time then Biz Glide Web Solutions reserves the right to abort the changes made to the website and can even suspend the website from the web hosting. CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING HOSTING AND DOMAIN CREDENTIALS WHEN THE PROJECT IS CONFIRMED BY US. WE WILL TRANSFER THE DOMAIN TO OUR ACCOUNT FOR PAYMENT SECURITY WHICH WILL BE TRANSFERRED BACK WHEN THE FULL PAYMENT OF THE PROJECT IS MADE.
4. Change In Pricing And Packaging
4.1 BIZ GLIDE WEB SOLUTIONS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE PRICE OF ITS SERVICES AND PACKAGES ANY TIME. The information about prices and packages of the services available on our site can be changed without any prior notice. Increase or decrease in price of our services is our sole decision and for all new deals and clients, new price will be applicable. For deals which were finalized before the announcement of the updated Terms & Conditions, price will not be changed. CHARGES CAN BE CHANGED BASED ON CUSTOM REQUIREMENT AND BILLING WILL BE DONE POST PROJECT COMPLETION. We will stop working on your project if the payment is not made on time.
4.2 Please note that the content must be provided by the client and if not, charges will be applicable for the content written by us according to 1 rupee/word. PLEASE PROVIDE ALL THE DETAILS AND CONTENT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE PROJECT CONFIRMATION AND IF NOT, THEN PROJECT WILL BE DELAYED ACCORDINGLY AND DELAYED FINE WILL BE 200 RUPEES PER DAY. Quotation will be shared only if client asks for it before project confirmation.
5. Payment Procedure and Late/Non-Payment charges
5.1 Payment for the finalized deal must be done 50% in advance after the project confirmation otherwise we will not start working on your project, 30% after the showcasing of the completed project and 20% post completion of the project. If payment is due after the project completion:-
FOR 3 DAYS- ALL TECHNICAL SUPPORT WILL BE SUSPENDED
FOR 5 DAYS- YOUR SITE AND SUPPORT WILL BE SUSPENDED
FOR 7 DAYS- YOUR SITE AND ALL ITS DATA WILL BE DELETED FROM OUR SYSTEM AND RECURRING CHARGES WILL GET STARTED WHICH IS 200 RUPEES PER DAY.
5.2 Any advance payment less the 50% of the total payment is non-refundable. In case the client refuses to pay the 50% advance payment for the project and wants to cancel it any time before showcasing of the project, whatever amount the client has already paid, it is also non-refundable.
5.3 We will try our level best to contact you on the contact details provided by you, by all the possible means, yet it is your (client's) responsibility to keep accurate and updated details with us, like address, contact and billing information, etc. In case, you fail to receive our notices due to changed contact address (which you have not updated with our records), we will not be responsible for the same. The responsibility to keep information current totally lies with the client and we are not responsible for the action taken in consequence to the client's failure to receive/respond to the notices sent by Biz Glide Web Solutions.
6. Use of Services
6.1 Biz Glide Web Solutions do not support any kind of digital violence or spamming. Customer doing any illegal activities by using our services such as Broadcasting, storage, or circulation of any information, data, or material in breach of any relevant law or guideline, or that might facilitate the breach of any particular law or regulation is strictly forbidden. BIZ GLIDE WEB SOLUTIONS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ASSIST WITH LEGAL AUTHORITIES OR WOUNDED PARTY DURING INVESTIGATION OF ANY ALLEGED CRIME.
6.2 None of our client is allowed to use our services or products to destruct, or attempt to destruct, in whichever means, as well as not for pornography, or send out any material, by any mode (e-mail, uploading, redistribution or otherwise) that terrorize or promote physical injury or obliteration of belongings.
6.3 Clients can not use any of our service products to broadcast any material (by email, uploading, posting or otherwise) that violates any copyright, patent, trademark, or trade surreptitious or other proprietary civil liberties of any third party, including, but not limited to, the unlawful copying of copyrighted material and digitization and circulation of images or photographs from any source like magazines, books, or other copyrighted sources, and the illegal allowance of copyrighted software. Clients can not use services or products to assemble, or try to assemble, private information/details about third parties, devoid of their knowledge or written consent. Circulation and/or redistribution of copyrighted or the aforesaid intrusion will not be endured. If they do so then clients are responsible for the same.
7. Loss of Backup and Data
7.1 USAGE OF OUR SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN SOLITARY RISK. Biz Glide Web Solution is not accountable for any data and/or files stored on your account. You agree to be responsible for data transfer, files and maintenance of proper backup of data and files put up on our server. BIZ GLIDE WEB SOLUTIONS IS ENTITLED TO TAKE YEARLY BACKUPS OF DATA WHICH HAVE BEEN CHANGED OR ARE NEW. THESE BACKUPS SERVE THE PURPOSE OF SERVER RESTORATION.
8. Client’s Ownership
8.1 Web Server: Clients will own web hosting given with the Web development services as a package, if stated in the email/proposal offered by our sales team otherwise they do not own it.
8.2 Content Management System (CMS): CMS IS OWNED BY CLIENT AND BIZ GLIDE WEB SOLUTIONS. A Web Application developed by Biz Glide Web Solution which is used to manage the administration of content for your(Client’s) website. THE CMS (AND ALL SOFTWARE) IS OWNED BY THE CREATORS I.E. BIZ GLIDE WEB SOLUTIONS AND YOU USE IT AS LONG AS YOU RUN THIS WEBSITE ON OUR SERVER.
8.3 Database Software: Clients will not own this unless specified. Clients don’t have right on the database created by Biz Glide Web Solutions. CLIENTS OWN THEIR WEBSITE’S DATA AND CONTENT STORED IN IT IF THEY HAVE WRITTEN IT.
8.4 Website: Clients own this. All the website data, design, code written by Biz Glide Web Solution for client’s website is owned by the Client. Client has the right to change or modify the website programming code according to their requirements and comfort. Post project completion, client can ask for the code after making full payment for the project. WEBSITE’S DATA SUCH AS CMS TECHNOLOGY, DATABASES WILL NOT BE SHARED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
8.5 Domain name: CLIENTS DO NOT OWN THIS. Clients do not own a domain name actually even though they are a registered domain owner. They have a contract with the domain registrar giving them “ownership” of the domain much like a contract with a telephone company for a phone number. Domain name registration with a registrar does not confer any legal ownership of the domain name, only an exclusive right of use.
8.6 Trademark: Logo, trademark and services marks put on view on this website for viewing are solely owned by Biz Glide Web Solutions and any personal or commercial use of the same is strictly prohibited, without the written permission of Biz Glide Web Solution.
Privacy Policy

It would be however available to all the divisions / sister concerns / ventures of Biz Glide Web Solution.
